Placing Orders & Receiving Product

It is the User’s own responsibility to ensure that any product available through the Site meet their requirements.

We will dispatch your order within 2- 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

Postage & Handling

All parcels will be delivered to the provided address.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering.

If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We make every effort to dispatched within 2-3 working days. However we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery to you from the time of dispatch to our Third Party courier.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Us through our contact page, if an order does not arrive.

Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us through our CONTACT Page.

Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

We strive to give 100% Customer Satisfaction in the event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, we will refund you 100% money back.

Upon receipt of the product, you have 24 hours to notify us that you are not satisfied with the quality of our product through our contact page.

Return Instructions

Please enclose with the returned product a copy of your order receipt.

Returned product should be returned in original packaging and undamaged.

Please send the returned product to the name and address below.

You are responsible to pay the freight charges back to the below address.

If you return goods via an Australia Post Office or a Courier, please keep the appropriate proof of return.

Otherwise, if the returned item goes missing in transit to us, we will deem you not to have returned the item.

Refund or exchange of return product will only be given for quality defects of the product. We will not accept returned product for any other reason.

Upon receipt of the returned product, if the quality claim is validated and the quality defect was caused directly by us, we will refund the full amount paid for the product, including shipping fees and the shipping cost to return the product to us.

Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch the replacement item at our cost.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon validation of quality defect.

Release and Indemnity

You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against Kava Vanuatu Pty Ltd which relate to or are incidental to any transaction (orders) place and received.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Kava Vanuatu Pty Ltd is not responsible and will not be held liable and we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after dispatch from our premises has taken place.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, replacement of product will be despatched according to our discretion.
