Our history goes back to 1995 when a group of likeminded individuals from various kava growing regions and islands sat in a small guest house on the top of a mountain range in a candle lit room and formulated a plan to establish an organisation that would enable the kava growers to improve their standard of living and social welfare via the sale of their kava.
This ethos has endured in Kava Vanuatu as some of those original likeminded individuals continue to work together in improving their standard of living and community welfare through the marketing and sale of their kava – knowing the quality of their Kava effects the quality of their lives.
SUPPLY CHAINVERIFICATION
All of our farmers are registered, and the cultivation and collection of Kava plant material follows Good Agricultural and Collection Practices (GACP) and are export approved Noble cultivars by the department of Biosecurity Vanuatu. Kava Vanuatu’s export facilities strictly conform to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and our processing and packaging facility is HACCP certified. Our dedicated team work tirelessly to ensure our customers receive a consistently superior product.
